Hundreds rally in Stockholm against Israeli strikes on Gaza

Hundreds of demonstrators gathered in central Stockholm to protest Israeli airstrikes on Gaza and restrictions on humanitarian aid entering the enclave on Saturday.

The protesters, responding to a call by several civil society organizations, accused Israel of violating the ceasefire reached on Oct. 10, 2025, and demanded an immediate end to military operations.

Demonstrators carried banners reading “Children are being killed in Gaza,” “Schools and hospitals are being bombed,” and “End the blockade on food.” They also urged the Swedish government to halt arms sales to Israel.

A street theatre performance was staged in Odenplan Square to highlight the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
