An assistant to the Interior Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran stated that nearly one million Iraqis have registered to attend the funeral prayers of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution. Iraqi supporters are also demanding that a funeral procession for the Leader be held in Iraq as well.
One million people from Iraq have reportedly registered to participate in the expected funeral procession of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei.
