In a message addressed to Ayatollah Sayyed Mujtaba Khamenei on Monday, the Sultan of Oman wished his success in conducting his new responsibilities as Leader of Iran as a friendly neighbor of Oman.
Ayatollah Mujtaba Khamenei was elected on Sunday to succeed his late father Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, who was assassinated in a US-Israeli terrorist airstrike on his office on February 28—the first day of their military aggression against Iran.
