In an interview with Hawzah News Agency, Dr. Maysami denounced the early morning attacks by the Zionist regime, describing them as “a blatant example of severe aggression” that defies all international norms.
“The martyrdom of high-ranking Iranian commanders, nuclear scientists, and innocent civilians is an irreparable and tragic loss,” he said.
Dr. Maysami stressed that Iran has an indisputable right to defend its territorial integrity and national sovereignty. He asserted that Tehran is entitled to respond appropriately to any threats or hostile actions.
“The world is fully aware that these attacks were carried out with the full backing of the United States,” he added.
Referring to the recent resolution by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) against Iran’s nuclear program, Dr. Maysami argued that it served as a “green light” for Israel to escalate its aggression.
“These hostile actions not only threaten the stability of the Middle East but also endanger global peace,” he warned.
Highlighting regional tensions, he said: “In light of the complicity between Zionist and Hindu extremist elements, it is imperative that all Islamic nations, including Pakistan, take decisive measures to counter the increasing aggressions of the Israeli regime.”
Dr. Maysami praised the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stating that the country’s Supreme Leader has consistently shown wisdom and restraint in the face of provocations.
“Iran’s leadership has made every effort to avoid a full-scale war. At the same time, its pursuit of advanced technology and defense capabilities is both justified and essential to its national interests,” he noted.
Concluding his remarks, Dr. Maysami issued a strong warning: “The Israeli regime has crossed all red lines. The lions of Haider e Karrar (PBUH) have been called to the battlefield. The world will soon witness that Iran’s response will be crushing, decisive, and unforgettable.”
