In this meeting, which was attended by 50 directors of Indian seminaries, Hujjat al-Islam Hosseini elaborated on the principles Islamic management and stated that a successful manager is someone who knows and applies the principles of management in the two stages of decision-making, and implementation of decision.
He further noted that in non-Islamic management, worldly issues, maximum profit, and worldly benefits are considered so their management vision does not go beyond the boundaries of the world, but in Islamic management, in addition to worldly benefits, special attention is paid to the hereafter and spiritual happiness.
