Islamabad – Hawzah News Agency– In a powerful statement condemning U.S. support for the Zionist regime, Hujjat al-Islam Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, Chairman of the Shia Ulema Council of Pakistan, praised the Islamic Republic of Iran’s firm and strategic response to recent aggression. He stated that this response not only broke the pride of Zionism but also unmasked the true inhumane nature of global arrogance.
“The real and brutal face of the arrogant powers has become more visible than ever,” he said, “and the Islamic Ummah must confront this aggression with unity, vigilance, and concrete action.”
Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi strongly criticized the United States for its unconditional support of the Zionist regime, saying this unwavering alliance has pushed the region to the brink of a dangerous escalation. “This is no longer a time for empty slogans and routine condemnations. The Islamic world must act decisively and collectively,” he emphasized.
He noted that Iran’s decisive retaliation sent a clear message across the region, exposing the Zionist regime’s vulnerability and the enabling role of its Western backers. “The presence of American warships and continued threats from the U.S. president are undeniable signs of Washington’s ongoing interference and direct complicity in Zionist crimes,” he added.
Referring to the recent mass demonstrations of solidarity across Pakistan, Naqvi expressed deep appreciation for the Pakistani people, stating: “The awakened and zealous nation of Pakistan has once again shown through their enthusiastic participation that they stand firmly with the Islamic Republic of Iran, their brotherly and neighboring nation.”
Speaking at a gathering of religious scholars and national figures from various schools of thought, he underscored the need for unified and practical measures from across the Islamic world. “In these critical times, influential Muslim countries must rise above rhetoric. Unity and action are essential to counter the Zionist regime and its supporters.”
Concluding his remarks, he announced that Friday prayers across Pakistan would be marked by widespread protests and special prayers in support of the Resistance Front. “The Pakistani people will continue to raise their voices against Zionist oppression and global hegemony, praying for the victory of the Righteous Front, the security of Iran and Pakistan, and the unity of the entire Islamic Ummah,” he said.
