Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Ahmad Ali Abedi, Mumbai Friday Imam, Director of Imam Amir al-Mu’minin (PBUH) Najafi House, and Representative of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Sistani in India, has strongly condemned the recent Zionist regime’s aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The statement reads in part:
“Hearing the news of the Zionist regime’s attack on Iran deeply wounded our hearts. May God destroy and eradicate this enemy of religion and Islam, and disgrace those who support it, whether openly or secretly.
In these challenging times, we pray that God Almighty protects this land of lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT) from all harm and grants the Iranian people the strength and resolve to confront their adversaries.
Iran is the homeland of Ahl al-Bayt’s devotees, blessed with a responsible leadership guided by Imam Mahdi (PBUH). With the continued grace of the Imam, we are confident Iran will emerge honored and triumphant, with all enemy conspiracies destined to fail.
We beseech God to grant the Iranian nation patience, courage, and perseverance in this severe trial. Victory and support come solely from God, who will never allow His faithful to be humiliated in the face of their enemies, God willing.”
Hujjat al-Islam Abedi’s heartfelt appeal emphasizes steadfastness and unity as key to overcoming the aggression and assures that divine victory is near.
