The massive march began at the Punjab Provincial Assembly building and proceeded toward the U.S. Consulate, drawing participants from all walks of life, including men, women, youth, children, and the elderly. The demonstrators filled the streets with chants of “Down with America” and “Death to Israel”, voicing their anger at the crimes committed against the Islamic world.
Leaders and senior members of prominent religious and social organizations, including the Movement for the Awakening of the Mustafa Ummah, Pakistan Imamia Students’ Organization, Shia Ulema Council, Muslim Unity Council, and other grassroots groups, took part in the rally.
Speaking at the event, Hujjat al-Islam Maqsood Ali Domaki declared Iran the standard-bearer of Islamic resistance and a symbol of defiance against global arrogance. He stressed that any aggression against Iran is a direct attack on the entire Islamic Ummah, warning that the United States and the Zionist regime seek to destabilize independent Islamic nations—particularly Iran—through conspiracies aimed at weakening regional unity.
Other speakers also cautioned against the expansion of Zionist and imperialist influence into Pakistan. They pointed to increasing internal unrest, ideological division, and psychological warfare as deliberate attempts to undermine the nation’s strength and cohesion.
Leaders at the march emphasized the importance of strengthening strategic ties between Tehran and Islamabad, stating:
“Supporting the Islamic Republic of Iran is not only an Islamic and moral obligation but a national imperative. If we allow Iran to face these threats alone today, tomorrow it will be Pakistan’s turn.”
The demonstration concluded with prayers for the martyrs, unity of the Muslim Ummah, and the defeat of enemy plots targeting regional peace and resistance.
