a major Quranic conference was held in Dar es Salaam at the Munazee Mamouja Square with the participation of leaders of various religions and institutions on Sunday, May 25.
The conference, which was held with the slogan “Call of Mercy, a magnificent gathering in the light of the Quran”, was able to bring together prominent religious figures and managers of various centers.
The official guest of the event was the Tanzanian Deputy Minister for Unions and Environment. Sheikh Jalala Hamid, Grand Sheikh of the Shia Community of Tanzania (TIC), Sheikh Al-Hadi Musa, President of the Association for Reconciliation and Peace (JMAT), Dr. Ali Taghvi, Senior Director of Al-Mustafa University in the East African Region, and Dr. Nikkhah, Head of the Iranian Embassy in Tanzania, were also among the prominent figures who participated in the conference.
It should be noted that such conferences will strengthen unity and solidarity among religions and different segments of society.
