Head of the Islamic Seminary Media Center Hujjat al-Islam Reza Rostami attended a meeting to celebrate the media partners in the International Arbaeen Hussaini Missionaries Conference, which was held on Sunday, March 1 in the Ayatollah Haeri (RA) meeting hall of the Seminary Management Center in Qom.
During the meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Rostami congratulated the holy month of Ramadan, and considered this month a special opportunity to serve God Almighty, adding,” We thank God Almighty for granting us the opportunity to pray during this blessed month. A month whose hours are the best hours and whose days are the best days. God has invited us all to this feast and, God willing, will grant us the success of making the most out of this holy month.”
Arbaeen; Divine Rituals and Media Challenges
The Head of Islamic Seminary Media Center continued by referring to the Arbaeen procession of Imam Hussein (PBUH), calling it one of the greatest divine rituals of the present era and added, “Glorifying divine rituals is one of our duties. Today, we are in a position where news agencies and global media are at the disposal of the infidel front, and our media are facing many restrictions. Even domestic platforms are facing challenges in publishing religious content.”
At the end, referring to the activities of Hawzah News Agency, Hujjat al-Islam Rostami noted, “Hawzah News Agency has expanded its news coverage from four languages to 11 languages in 2025. Today, the news of the seminaries is published in 11 languages, and God willing, by the end of this year, the websites of all these languages will be fully operational. During the days of Arbaeen, the seminary media tried to play an effective role in promoting this great event by covering the news and related events extensively.”
