the text of the message of Shia scholar Ayatollah Alireza Arafi to the gathering of missionaries in Hormozgan province is as follows:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Peace be upon the noble scholars of Jihad of Explanation
I would like to express my gratitude for now the Islamic Revolutionary Front is facing the soft and combined war strategy of the enemies; therefore, it is obligatory for all of us to carry out the immediate and definitive duty of Jihad of Explanation in response to the call of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
Accordingly, in order to launch an intellectual and cultural initiative against the enemy front, we must explain the foundations of Islamic thought and civilization, and explain the weaknesses of Western civilization in the realm of the foundations and the teachings of the Holy Quran, it is necessary to establish a soft war propaganda cultural base in the Islamic seminaries.
It is hoped that mujahideen and missionaries of Hormozgan province will be pioneers, and victorious in this regard.
