Annual Fundraising Dinner by The Islamic Institute of Knowledge in Dearborn, USA

In continued support of the mission of the Islamic Institute of Knowledge IIOK, annual fundraising dinner was held in Dearborn, attended by the IIOK’s Imam, Sheikh Baker Berry, Chairman Hajj Akram Bazzi, several members of the administrative board, and a distinguished gathering of governmental, political, and judicial figures.

The evening opened with a welcoming address by Dr. Wassim Younes, followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Sheikh Youssef Yassine. The program featured several speeches. Hajj Akram Bazzi, the Chairman, welcomed the guests and extended heartfelt gratitude to the generous supporters of the Islamic institute of Knowledge , announcing that the new mosque construction project is nearing completion.

Dr. Ali Berry then addressed the youth, emphasizing the importance of holding on to religious values and the vital role of mosques in instilling Islamic principles and reinforcing faith-based identity among future generations.

Taking the podium next, Sheikh Baker Berry warmly greeted the attendees and praised the community’s continued dedication to supporting the construction of mosques and schools. He highlighted the progress of the ongoing project and stressed the need for collective efforts to see it through.

The evening concluded with a communal dinner and memorable photo moments, all shared in an atmosphere of warmth and unity.
