Speaking on the “Horizon of Victory” program, organized by the Qademoun World Assembly, Sheikh Jabri addressed the current regional landscape, stating that what is unfolding today is a broad confrontation between various currents whose dimensions go far beyond a limited conflict, one that is rooted in deep historical and intellectual foundations.
He underscored the importance of a correct understanding of these developments, noting that an accurate grasp of existing realities and attention to historical context can lead to better analysis of the situation and more appropriate decision-making.
The Lebanese leader went on to stress the necessity of strengthening solidarity among Islamic societies. “The Islamic Ummah, despite the diversity of viewpoints, possesses abundant commonalities that can serve as a basis for cooperation and convergence,” Sheikh Jabri said.
Pointing to the vast capacities within the Islamic world, he highlighted that natural resources, economic capabilities, and the strategic positioning of Muslim nations present significant opportunities for expanding collaboration.
Sheikh Jabri also emphasized the importance of managing differences and avoiding internal tensions. “Differences should not be an obstacle to cooperation; rather, through dialogue and engagement, they can be channeled toward shared interests,” he stated.
The Secretary-General of Harakat al-Ummah further pointed to the necessity of vigilance in the face of challenges, remarking that in the current complex circumstances, attention to unity, dialogue, and the strengthening of mutual trust is of paramount importance.
He concluded by expressing hope for the future, asserting that by harnessing existing capacities and reinforcing convergence, the path toward progress and stability can be pursued in the region.
