Speaking at a ceremony in Mehrabpur, Sehto emphasized the high status of the late leader, describing him as “the Sayyid of Resistance” whose life was a reflection of the teachings of Imam Hussein (AS). He noted that, just as Imam Hussein (AS) rose against the oppression of Yazid in Karbala, Martyr Nasrallah stood firm against the oppressive regimes of his time and never bowed to falsehood.
Sehto highlighted the victories of the resistance movement under Nasrallah’s leadership, stressing that these achievements proved no false power could overcome a nation that stands firmly for truth. “His steadfastness and courage strengthened the hearts of the oppressed worldwide. Today, from Palestine to Kashmir, freedom-loving people are inspired by his spirit of resistance,” he said.
The head of the Imam Zainul Abedin (AS) Institute further underlined that Martyr Nasrallah was not only the leader of Lebanon and Hezbollah, but also a beacon of hope for the entire Islamic nation and all free people of the world.
He concluded by calling on Muslims to uphold the path of Martyr Nasrallah, adopt his lifestyle as a model, and remain steadfast in supporting the oppressed. “Like Imam Hussein (AS), we must never accept humiliation,” he said, praying to God to elevate the ranks of the martyr and grant success in following his path.
