Speaking to the Italian media outlet, Ambassador Mokhtari denounced the bombing campaigns and targeted assassinations carried out by the Zionist regime and its allies, which have resulted in the martyrdom of innocent children, women, men, nuclear scientists, athletes, and senior military commanders in Iran.
“These brutal actions represent clear violations of international law and established treaties,” the ambassador stated. “The international community must no longer remain silent in the face of such crimes against humanity.”
Ambassador Mokhtari emphasized that Iran continues to uphold the principles of sovereignty, resistance, and justice, and called for greater international accountability and action to prevent further aggression and protect civilian lives.
The interview, which aired on Rai News 24, comes amid heightened regional tensions and growing international scrutiny of the humanitarian and legal implications of military actions in the region.
