scholars from various Islamic schools in Pakistan, under the title of “United Front of Pakistani Scholars” in more than 300 mosques in the country, while delivering coordinated speeches in Friday sermons, emphasized: Any call that is raised from the center of the Islamic world, namely the Two Holy Mosques, in support of Palestine and against the oppression and aggression of the Zionist colonialists, can shake the foundation of the oppressive powers.
While warning against the continuation of Israeli crimes, these scholars called on the Saudi government to hold an international conference on Palestine with the participation of the heads of Islamic countries after the Hajj season, and to present a practical solution to support the Palestinian people, confront Israel’s bloody attacks, and hold them accountable for the blood of hundreds of thousands of Palestinian martyrs.
They also called for clear, courageous and uncompromising action by the Islamic world against the increasing atrocities of Israel and asked the Imam of Hajj to condemn these crimes in his sermon on Arafa and emphasize the need to liberate the first Qibla of Muslims.
Pakistani scholars also welcomed the joint efforts of Iran and Pakistan in supporting the Palestinian issue and the meetings of high-ranking officials of the two countries in this regard, describing it as a positive and hopeful step.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that the Hajj sermon is a historic opportunity to restore the unity of the Islamic nation and strengthen the front of resistance against occupation and oppression, and it should be used on the path to achieving the liberation of Holy Quds.
