Jannat al-Baqi; An Issue Belonging to All Muslims

At this ceremony, Professor Akhtar al-Wasi, referring to the importance of Jannat al-Baqi in Islamic beliefs, stated,” Jannat al-Baqi does not belong to just one particular religion, but is an issue that encompasses the entire Islamic Ummah. In this holy place, the graves of the Ahlul Bayt (PBUT), the dear companions of the Messenger of God (PBUH) and his holy wives were located, which were unfortunately destroyed in a tragic incident.”

He praised the author of the book, adding,” Hujjat-ul-Islam Jalal Haider Naqvi deserves appreciation for completing this scientific and research work with commitment, and perseverance. He has previously played an active role in keeping the issue of Palestine and the ideal of Quds alive in India, and today he is pursuing the issue of Jannat al-Baqi with the same seriousness.”

Hujjat al-Islam Qadi Syed Mohammad Askari stated in his speech,” The present book, compiled with the efforts of Hujjat al-Islam Jalal Haider Naqvi, is a valuable work and a comprehensive reference on the issue of Jannat al-Baqi. A collection of this comprehensiveness about Baqi’ cannot be found anywhere else.”
