On the occasion of the auspicious birth anniversary of Imam Reza (PBUH), a spiritual and magnificent turban-wearing ceremony for students of the seminary was held at the “Jamiat al-Imam Amir al-Momenin (PBUH)” in Mumbai, India. This ceremony was held attended by a group of professors of the seminary, students, religious scholars and those interested in the Ahl al-Bayt (PBUT).
In the main part of the program, eighth-grade students entered a new stage of their academic path by wearing the robe of responsibility, and tenth-grade students, who had successfully completed their academic course, were given turbans during a formal and magnificent ceremony.
Also, in another part of the program, distinguished students in the academic fields were honored with plaques of appreciation and valuable gifts; an action that was welcomed and applauded by the attendees.
In the final part of the ceremony, Hujjat al-Islam Syed Ahmed Ali Abedi, the Friday Imam of Mumbai, delivered a speech about the current situation of seminaries in the subcontinent.
