In his ethics course held at Imam Sadiq Institute in Qom, Grand Ayatollah Jafar Sobhani referred to verse 90 of the Holy Surah An-Nahl and stated that justice is one of the inherent qualities of mankind.
He quoted Imam Ali (PBUH) saying,” The Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) seems to see the world today and has spoken for our present world. Justice and fairness are very simple to express. There are those who give dozens of speeches about justice, but takes a lot of courage to act.”
Now, look at the Human rights organizations in the world, various organizations discuss human rights, give speeches, publish articles, they are very eloquent in terms of expression, but they seem incapable when it comes to action.”
“Today, there is a genocide happening in Gaza and no one has spoken out. All human rights organizations only condemn such inhumane crimes, but do not take any practical steps.” He concluded.
